Ok co this guy isnt exactly an actor (though he has appeared in cameos) hes the ugliest of any celeb alive

I actually sat next to Steve Buscemi at BAM, and I have to admit, he's not nearly as creepy-looking in person. He was kind of sexy-ugly. He was with his wife and looked....well, like a normal guy. Not like a greasy weasel.
