And I'm not saying he should be taken away. But I sure as hell hope someone makes a big stink out of this photo. Maybe it will embarrass her into thinking twice when it comes to his safety. Of course, she hasn't learned anything by now has she? Pregnancy #2 confirms that.

I think it's her. It looks like her profile and posture. Aside from the car seat, if she's in LA, the sun is REALLY hot. Having a child in a convertible like that is stupid. The poor kid doesn't have a hat on or anything.

i don't think its her. it looks like a drag queen. look how big those arms are. and the baby has dark hair. the pics i have seen of SP he has blond hair.

OMG LMAO at Lobelia's fabio goose comment. And when I saw this pic on the pink blog, first thing I noticed is the car seat is facing the wrong way, and I don't even have any kids! And I DO think that is titney in all of her roller hair glory.
