ok heres some good stuff, or at least i liked it lol

I was talking about Mariah Carey the other day, bc Im OBSESSED with the remixes of Honey, particuarly THE ROOF. And how shes physically just transformed...anyway this is what i heard


that mariah carey has a SERIOUS issue with eating/diet. Apparently when she was with Tommy Mattola she was on a stict diet/exercise plan implemented by him. This is apparently part of her resentment towards him bc he controlled everything about her all the way down to the food she was allowed to eat.

She started to gain weight after her divorce bc she wasnt being micromanaged and completely gave up exercise. Her way of doing things is just crash diet/exercise. She sits around and snacks all day and is a questionable drinker...i saY that with cautious emphasis...QUESTIONABLE DRINKER...her drinking has REALLY packed helped her pack on the pounds. At her heaviest she weighs about 165-170 and her stomach is flat bc she has had lipo and colonics..those "crazy outbursts" she was rumored to have including her trl impromtu appearence was really her just being drunk

as we knew, she lost weight right before her tour and did so by this crazy hot plan thats getting popular and going around right now, my friends are all TRYING it and i heard this is what britney spears is doing...also, the reason this diet plan is all the rage is bc its drug-free, whereas alot of other diet plans involve pills

it starts off with a 2 week liquid diet (lose 10-15lbs)
then slowly reintroduces whole foods, mainly fruits, veggies, and lean protein NO bread, refined sugar..u basically get to where a few bites satisfies u, almost like how new gastric bypass patients eat in terms of portions
also vitamins are taken throughout
light, steady exercise like walking is encouraged bc hardcore cardio requires too much energy and it is beleived that dieting is more effective in quick weight loss than is heavy exercise..so basically a 2 hour stroll is encouraged over a 45minute pilates session

also, hilarious blast from the past, SlimFast is a new rage with the liquid portion of the diet...now SlimFast has an optima version w 1/2 sugar of the original AND a high protein version...optima and protein one is huge now

while they are doing this they do dermasonic which is an anti cellulite/skin firming treatment and also helps flush fat out of the body..this apparently helps ur body physically get back to where it was but is said to aid weight loss if used while a person is dieting

the reason mariah packed on the pounds immediately is bc she totally started eating crap again while on tour

also unlike a lot of workout/diet plans that require early am workouts, this plan encourages PLENTY of sleep, bc the belief is that sleep deprivation=over eating

God, Mariah. I think drinking is only part of her craziness, but no surprise that it sure contributes to her wacked-out-ness.

Also, notice that we have not seen the camera-loving Britney out anywhere, not even to chaperone her no-good, wandering hand and eyes of a husband K-Fed when he parties in Vegas and L.A. clubs. No surprise that she's busy dieting away in private to spring her transformation on the public in a couple of months. God I hate her.

And I want more dirt on her and K-Fed. What's going on between them, did she hire bodyguards to keep girls away from him when he goes out and she has to stay in? Is she ANY closer to divorcing this piece of trash?

the rumor im hearing is they will be divorced within 12-18mts TOPS...hes cheated but always convinces her that its just "hype". Part of the reason shes fired soooo many ppl is bc Kevin got so sick of having witnesses everywhere, most of whom would rat him out like if he was smoking pot, etc. Hed convince Britney they were lying. She has asked ppl to spy but usually Kevin gets tipped off somehow and acts REALLY EXTRA good so it will get back to Britney, then she feels guilty for suspecting him and buys him gifts. kevin also has plenty of ways of getting around the bodyguards.

My theory thou, is that when she gets all sexed up again she will prolly meet someone else and I do think she and Justin Timberlake will get back together

i dont get tooo many details on those two but i have heard a buzz around town for a long time about his vegas excursions and stripper love...

nicole richie DID NOT have gastric bypass she actually wasnt as "fat" as ppl thought..part of intital detox, apparently, is major bloating and water retention...which i think u can sort of see in those heavy nicole richie days--yes shes chub, but she was very puffy in a bloated-like way..like her face is very round an so is her stomach, even hugely obese ppl arent as round and solid as nr was then, so i think a good part of those heavy days were due to detox related bloating coupled with fat gain...but ur right prn, it is drastic enough transformation to wonder how far she actually went to lose weight

You've got to be fucking kidding me... Please tell me that was not a serious question....

You have to be qualified to have gastric bypass and doctors will only qualify you if you are extremely obese. Any idiot can see that Nicole was nowhere near obese, even at her heaviest. She was chubby, at the most.

Really... I'm kind of shocked by that question.

I think the question stems from a blind item that was rumoured to have been Nicole. I'm sure most don't believe she had the surgery, but the blind item was all about a star who didn't really need it to begin with, so her name was thrown around a lot over it.

People need to stop believing BI's cause that's ridiculous. I mean really, I love BI's and all, but at some point common sense should come into play. No doctor in their right mind (I don't care if they are a celebrity or not) would give her gastric bypass surgery. Her weight loss was gradual not dramatic, and if she had gotten GB at her size she would have lost 20 pounds (which is probably her total weight loss) in a month or two. It's an incredibly drastic surgery -- any person that is somewhat knowledgeable about it knows that. It's designed for the person to lose a lot of weight very quickly. Nicole is just simply someone who took weight loss over the edge and now has an eating disorder because of it.

So basically, I'm just flabbergasted that was mentioned; even on a gossip board.
