Novice, I joke about the brotherfucker all the time. If you and I are talking about the same thread, it seemed that some people felt that it was implied (seemed, felt, implied hahaha) that a mother (AJ) might have paid 700.00 for 2 hours in a motel room so that she could have unnatural relations with her adopted son. That was viewed as "bad" but not necessarily unallowed. I personally don't think the woman molests children, just grown men who are willing participants in the molestation..

Close, very close.
It was a Mod that objected to speculation about brother & sister incest (not mother/child). I just wondered if I'd missed something.....

Please, Calimoonchild, don't tell me there's truth to it. How disgusting would that be? With the whole world watching, too. No wonder she's such a mess.
Now I wonder about Ashlee, too.

I don't think that Ashlee was molested. We learned a lot about incest in my Child Abuse class last semester, and were taught that it's very common for the incestuous relative to molest only one of the children (the "favorite"). The child who is not being molested equates it with favoritism, and as a result that child often has an inferiority complex, which I think describes Ashlee very well.

A boyfriend of mine came from a family of 5. He was molested, his twin sister was & had a baby @ 16 & then proceded to commit suicide after she (the baby) died. All his brothers were interferred with too.
Therefore my "experience" is different to your study.

^^ What an unfortunate situation... It is not the same in every family, but I think that Ashlee and Jessica's relationships with their father and personalities both fit the scenario that I described pretty well.
Another interesting thing was that in one of the videos we watched, the daughter who had been molested as a child (she was an adult at the time of filming) was STILL very protective of her stepfather and tried to deny that he actually ever intended to molest her. She felt that he had such great love for her that he just didn't know how to show it in an appropriate way. It was really bizarre.

Wow! That is different. This guy not only hated his dad, but also resented his mother as she must've known it had gone on but hadn't stopped it. He'd had help but with his other experiences was still "a mess"; but he'd done really well in his chosen profession.

DeadDwarf--awesome stuff. Thanks!
You reminded me of a story that my husbands cousin told me. She was Megadeaths personal chef for several years, even went on tour with them. If you knew my husband's cousin, you would never believe this, she is a small Christian southern woman who never swears and is as demure as they come...so it was hilarious to find out who she was working for. Anyway, of course we asked her what the band was like and she said that Dave Mustaine and all the members were absolute delights--and she had special instructions to have breakfast ready EARLY on Sundays because the band went to CHURCH. They couldn't have been nicer, more respectful men. She loved working for them! Guess you cannot judge a book by its cover eh??

^Gosh I will ask Mistify! I wouldn't doubt it, he seems educated in the interviews I have caught him on. And not at all the big bad rock-n-roller that, frankly, I thought he probably was. He seems very quiet, humble and down to earth. I haven't looked at them the same since.....look at them in a much more positive light now.

Hey everyone, I saw my friend today, the one who is Bam Margera's friend. Anyway, he told me about Bam's wedding, but there is nothing super juicy about it. He said the ceremony was very short and very normal, but the wedding reception was out of control. He said there were many different bands playing, and tons of celebrities. He said there were about 400 people there and he couldn't believe how many celebrities he saw walking around. He didn't really go into who was there though. He said it was a a big hotel in Philly and tons of people were outside trying to get into his wedding. I guess before the wedding people had announced the time and date around town and so crazy fans try to crash the party the entire time. He said it was just an insane party. He said he likes Bam's wife, Missy, but doesn't expect them to last forever because he is a constant cheater. That's about it, I wish it was more juicy and I wish it was about someone other than Bam because I don't like him!

I know! He's a totally cool guy even though he is all heavy metal. I actually met Dave through my husband's friend. Crazy story about his friend too, he was a multi-millionaire, I mean rich. He had 150 million sitting in his bank alone and a house that was 12,000 square feet main house (not including his two 3,000 square feet "guest" houses) in one of the richest communities in southern California! Anyway, my husband was genuine friends with him and he invited us (middle class nobodies) to have lunch with him, Dave and his Dave's wife. I didn't really want to go because I assumed Dave would be a jerk, but he was totally cool and nice. So it was a good experience.
I got another invited to go over to our friend's house about 5 months later to have dinner with him, 3 friends and ERIC CLAPTON, who I totally love!!! And about 2 weeks before the dinner, our friend overdosed on sleeping pills by accident. Not only did it suck because we lost a nice friend, but we also never got to met Eric Clapton. I learned also not to judge people by money, because this friend of ours didn't care about how much money we had, in fact he always said he liked us so much because we never expected anything from him and just wanted to be his friend regardless of his money. I try to remind myself that not all filthy rich people are snobs!
ETA: Oh yeah, so we didn't ask Dave for his autograph because it was way to awkward at lunch. But before our lunch our friend asked my husband if he was a fan and he said he was, so he asked Dave later and he kind of laughed and said we just should have asked him because it was no biggy. He wrote us a little note about how cool it was to meet us and autographed it for us. Too nice.

Yeah! I used to have a screen name as "Angry Circus Dwarf" too that was inspired by him. I try to listen to Howard Stern as much as I can, I even bought my Sirius radio 6 months before he made the move. I always felt so bad for Hank, I think he drank so much because he didn't want to accept how he was. So sad!

Amen, coming from a poor girl whose genuine friends range from multimillionaires to people who barely have what to eat. It's not money (or lack of it) that makes a person's character. It just influences those who have weakness of it.
