I voted " I don't know. I'm more confused than ever". In some of the pictures taken during America's Longest Pregnancy, Katie Holmes did look indeed look pregnant, but I never understood why one month she would look ready to burst, then the next month she'd be oddly deflated. The whole TomKat thing is like a jigsaw puzzle you can't quite put together. From the way they carried on a year ago, you'd think once Katie supposedly had the baby they'd be splashing that kid across tabloid covers and showing the kid off at every opportunity. I wonder if Katie lost the baby or maybe there is something wrong with it.

I vote no pregnancy or baby.

I realize that not all pregnant women carry the same way, but something was sooo off with that belly. Remember the photo where she's wearing that weird white body suit looking thing? The legs were cut really high and she had on extra low waisted jeans-- that belly button looked ridiculous! Plus most first time pregnant bellies don't pop out that huge so soon like Katie's did.

I also agree w/ the poster who said she'd be huge for a few days or whatever, then look very slim the next time she was seen. Pregnancy weight/bellies just don't fluctuate like that. Also very suspicious about her buying all those shoes at 9 mos. pregnant.

Wickedho, I remember that picture! She looked she had a beachball underneath her blouse! If Creep Cadet Cruise forced her to participate in some kind of pregnancy charade as part of their contract, no wonder she always looks so bewildered. I hope when this is all over she writes a tell-all book.

Where the heck is Suri Cruise? My cynical opinion -- Tom wants to out do Brad.
So here's my theory. Brad and Angelina got around $4 mil for the first pics of Shiloh, which they donated to charity. The word on the street is that Tom and Katie couldn't get more than $3 million for Suri pics. When you're as big as Tom Cruise, the only place to go is down. He was the biggest star in the world for a long time, loved by all. Now he's neither the biggest nor loved that much.
So forget about the conspiracy theories. People just weren't as into Suri pics as Shiloh pics, and it probably drove Tom nuts. But wait -- there's a solution. Create a mystery and the world will go crazy. That's exactly what I think is going on. If people start questioning if this baby really exists, the pictures automatically become more valuable. If he gets more than $4 mil, he beats Brad. I'm guessing if that happens, the money goes to Scientology, which could make the whole plan backfire.
In this town, stars make their own luck. Until recently, the Cruise machine was the master of managed publicity. I think this could be an attempt to re-capture some good ol' glory days.

There's no way Suri is a figment of our imaginations. Don't get me wrong, I believe in conspiracies as much as the next guy. I read the entire Warren Commission Report and am convinced there were shooters on the grassy knoll.

But Suri -- well I've been reading the comments on TMZ, and although I agree there's something weird about the whole situation -- something we don't fully understand -- the kid exists.
If this were a giant ruse, there's no way they would have carried out a charade at a hospital. I don't care who it is, Tom Cruise or Joe Schmo, there's no way a hospital would risk its license by becoming the backdrop for a phony birth. For starters, I think it's a crime to submit a bogus birth certificate to the County of Los Angeles. Beyond that, medical licenses would be squarely on the line. I will tell you -- I called St. John's this past Monday over our Suri Cruise birth certificate story and the officials seemed panicked, ultimately hanging up on me. But I just don't believe St. John's would cross the line.
If there really were no Suri, it would have been simple to just have a home birth, or a birth at the Scientology Center.
Look, the whole thing is just plain weird. The PDA was nauseating pre-birth, and now -- well, where's the love? And as long as we're talking, I have another question. A few days before giving birth, who buys a size 2 pair of jeans? I get the idea that a pregnant woman sets goals, but usually that means going to their closet and finding a pre-pregnant pair and saying "I'm gonna fit into these within three months." Who goes out and buys a pair of size 2 jeans?
There are lots of questions and this is one weird couple. But bottom line -- Oswald didn't act alone, but Suri exists.

If there really was a baby, where the hell is it? Tom and Katie are always out and about and always sans Suri.

The pic of the exposed belly and stretchmarks? I call BS on that one. Have you ever ever ever seen a celeb mom who exposes her strechmarks like that? Stretchmarks are hidden, it's part of their nature, unless you want to "prove" something to the world.

The pic WickedHo posted with the "shelf" says it all. If anyone has ever seen a pregnant belly like that in real life, raise your arm. Especially, a pregnant belly that shrinks the next day.

The only thing I cannot make sense of is the Leibovitz-factor. I mean, as far as I know, she's no Scientologist. Why would she ruin her excellent reputation with a sham like this????

Also, I don't get who thought it would be a great idea to fake a pregnancy in order to get publicity. Do we look that stupid? Not even a maniac like Tom can come up with crap like that.
