I think picking up trash along the side of the freeway in an orange jumpsuit Monday through Thursday in the daylight, and having to be incarcerated from Thursday night through Monday morning would be the most effective punishment.

Lordy, the image is fantastic. banned picking up trash along the 405 as vehicles whizz by... what a punishment. She totally deserves it. Punishment for cumulative behavior. About 5-10 years' worth.

Good point greys!!! Let's make it the 110. *shudder*
No, on second thought, I like the humiliation of the 405 over the danger of the 110 much better

She deserves to go to jail as much as everybody else who breaks the law does.
Actually she deserves it even more, because in her life she's had chances that most regular people don't have, like for example, in this case she could have afforded 1, 2, 3, 10 drivers to take her around.

^^that's always an option, you'll just have to execute it yourself.

Well, if I can do it for poor defenseless little turkeys I can do it for her!!!
Ok, Firstly she was caught driving wih 0.8 blood/acohol which is the limit in CA.
Her punishments were
* Suspended license
* Alcohol School
She responded by
* Ignoring the suspension & continuing to drive
* Ignored the alcohol school
She was then cited & told not to drive & signed the paperwork
This paperwork was in her glovebox when she was spotted "speeding without lights" - actually doing 70+mph in a 35 mph limit with no lights!!!
Then she turns up nearly 20 mins late for her court date
Lies under oath
Blames everyone around her
Takes no responsibility for her actions
On this basis, she should have a normal punishment for
* Driving while suspended.
* Ignoring the alcohol school
* Reckless endangerment for the speeding without lights (or whatever its called in CA) PLUS for driving with no insurance as she'd have invalidated it
* Contempt of court
* Perjury
So yeah, I'd say she need to get the "normal" punishment for all of the above!

I'm not up on California law (as evidenced by yesterday's thread ) but cumulatively I'd say that would land the average poor sucker at least 6-12 months in jail, no time off for good behavior, no special treatment. Bitch is probably extremely peeved about the petition to the Governor.
But don't forget folks, Girlie Man is one of THEM. Not us.

I was just attempting to quote only part of your post, per the rules here... and highlight areas that I hope people will focus on. There are probably a lot of new people here reading, and they may read quickly. I want it to jump out at them.
