How recent is this pic? Her nose looks bigger...so maybe she didn't have a nose job or the makeup artist does an amazing shading job.

she has some saggy little titties too; and yeah, I've noticed that she gets her nose contoured with makeup and shadow effects. They all do that actually, like I've seen it on Beyonce too. So i dont think this is very old at all; its just her w/o makeup looking like her regular shitty self.
