Steve Jobs, I suspect has ALS or Lou Gehrig disease. Just a hunch. The wording of his press release makes me think this. I hope its not true. ALS is horrible. It killed my mother.

Never. Ego waayyy to large. If so, it'd be an accidental result of a bullshit attempt that wasn't supposed to kill him as much as make people think he was trying to off himself (for attention).

The ego is the reason I could see this. When his novelty wears off, no team will take him, and he can't even get interviewed by some hick town news station, his ego will eat him alive.

Or he will miscalculate the dosage in his next half-assed cry for attention attempt like you suggested. He seems like the the type to crash and burn.

An excellent definition of suicide - fame is like being the stiff at your own funeral. These days, with plastic surgery, the embalming is done in advance too!

One more in the pool: Katie Holmes. She seems to be aging at a decade a month. Something is wrong with her. I wouldn't be surprised if it were by her own hand.
