Let the fireworks begin! While the rest of the world deals with the mounting economic crisis, stars partied it up at a$20 million party for the grand opening of the Atlantis on Dubai's Palm Island, an artificial island in the shape of a palm tree. The 113-acre resort has an open-air tank with 65,000 fish, stingrays, dolphins and other sea creatures. The $1.5 billion marine-themed resort was aglow during an unprecedented pyrotechnics show, witnessed by some of the world's hottest stars...





Singer Kylie Minogue was reportedly paid $4 million to perform for party guests...
