She probably is nice. However, she'd also work your last nerve if you had to spend a lot of time with her. She's annoying. I recall her saying stuff that was politically incorrect to the point it was on the verge of racist. Kept yapping about everyone's nationality/race/religion and being slightly provocative, but I think she thought she was being funny. But she's not funny.
IMO, she's a jerk in the sense that she's a mouthy, hyper, attention-hog.
