Using the power of Photoshop (and the guidance of plastic surgeon Dr. Youn), we've improved some famously imperfect mugs. Which is better—before or after? You decide.

Rachel Dratch

With fuller lips and a cookie-cutter nose, Dratch could be cast as "the cute friend," but loses most of the funny.

Will Smith

Youn only made minor changes to Smith. Smith's chin is more pronounced, but otherwise the Fresh Prince is deemed beautiful just as he is.

Owen Wilson

Straightening Wilson's nose results in a more classically handsome profile, but the wonky schnozz makes the troubled Wilson brother seem more approachable and adds to his comic appeal.

Adrien Brody

By giving Brody an overly tiny, feminized nose, Dr. Youn turned the "distinctive" Oscar winner into, well, Zac Efron.

Kirsten Dunst

With a trout mouth, Dunst looks more like a minor soap star. Or an infomercial hack.

Meryl Streep

Dr. Youn performed this makeover only under duress. "You don't mess with iconic faces. Now she's unrecognizable."

Bill Clinton

Clinton's charisma easily overshadows his flaws, says Dr. Youn. Carve him up and he'd be perceived as vain, not venerable.

Kelly Clarkson

Clarkson's attempt to distance herself from bubble-pop may have bombed even worse if she traded in her real-girl nose for a pert plastic one as seen here.

Zach Braff

As Dr. Youn points out, Braff uses his unusual features to nail earnest, goofy roles. Deprive him of these humanizing characteristics and he became less castable (but, we think you'll agree, way more doable).

Adrian Brody looks cute with the smaller nose, but it doesn't need to be that much smaller.

I'd like to see some photoshopped pictures of what certain stars would look like if they had just naturally aged instead of messing with their faces, like, say, Nicole Kidman.

I think this proves that PS pretty much eliminates individuality, character, and true beauty. That's not what the public believes anymore, but sweet fancy moses.....these faces are amazing the way they are. They're not UGLY because they don't have cookie-cutter noses and perfect chins and cheekbones. Meryl Streep is gorgeous and her nose makes her gorgeous. People don't "look better" after PS. Better than what? A human? I don't think PS really does "improve" a person's look. It just erases their true beauty.

Unless you have a cleft palate or something devastatingly bad, there's no reason to have your face carved up to look like some ideal that doesn't even really exist.

Sorry to say, but Zach Braff and Owen Wilson look better in the photoshop.
I knew Adrian Brody's shnoz was, um, of size, but he looks downright pterodactyl. The after nose is a step down, however.
And they turned Rachel Dratch into an Olsen Triplet.
The Bill Clinton photoshop -- I think Kenny Rogers did this in real life!!
