Hey everyone. I was on youtube and found this video of Kelly Ripa and her workout plan. Personally, I think she looks disturbing in the beginning. like a 12yr old girl with huge muscles. I dont really like this look, but its JMO. Hoping to hear what you all think.

Her body is out of proportion - her shoulders and arms are more developed than her chest, lats, back and butt.

She look like a marathon runner that likes to training shoulders.

I like bodies with some muscle but when you see bodies like that I can totally inderstand why someone would say EUW I don't want muscle if I'm going to look like that.

She's too little and hard looking, it makes her look old.

Plus, I think she's morphing into Dr. Laura Schlessinger!!
