Who is your prediction for the next big star?
Who do you think will be the next big, mage-watt superstar? One that will go on to have a career of greatness and longevity, despite a few bumps in the road?
Me, I'm hoping it's NOT Dakota Fanning (that kid irritates the shit out of me).
I'm guessing MacCualey Culkin's little brother...cant remember his name, but he's always good and although he is short, so is Tom Thumb and it's never held him back. Also, the gay roommate on Desperate Housewives. The blonde one who ended up cutting Gaby's lawn. He's a hottie and seems on the ball.

Re: Who is your prediction for the next big star?
I don't know really, I think maybe Scarlet Johanson will get big, I know she's doing really well now but I can see her going even further, not sure why she just seems very popular.
I'm not too bothered who hits the big time really, I'm more interested in bints like Cameron Diaz and Kirsten Dunst failing!

Hahaha...Kirsten Dunst will fall and fall again...she is, after all, teetering on the edge of alcoholism it seems.

I don't think any of them will be great like some of the old movie stars. I miss that and I am NOT old enough to have been around in it's time!

Re: Who is your prediction for the next big star?
Actors and actresses are cast these days not for their acting abilities but their looks and their popularity at the time. I mean, if they can put Geri Halliwell in Sex and The City just because she had a lot of things going on and had lost tons of weight then they can do anything!

Re: Who is your prediction for the next big star?
My guess is Evan Rachel Wood (Thirteen, etc) or Alison Lohman (Matchwstick Men, etc). For guys I say Wentworth Miller.

Re: Who is your prediction for the next big star?
I think Scarlett Johansson will have longevity and a good career, as long as she doesn't involve herself in tons of personal drama and ruin herself with plastic surgery.
Alison Lohman could, if she has one big breakout role. It should have been White Oleander... but it wasn't.
I predict big things for Anne Hathaway.

I was going to say Evan Rachel Wood, too! Has anyone seen her new movie, Down in the Valley?

Re: Who is your prediction for the next big star?
I haven't seen it but I'll second Wood. What about music? I'm thinking Soundtrack of our Lives will be legendary.

I'm watching Law & Order, and the kid I've had my eye on since the Coca-Cola commercial I saw him in is the defendant in this episode! Woo hoo! Now that he's made his first major appearance on Law & Order, his career may be taxiing down the runway right now! Woo hoo!

Heh heh... I've had my eye on that kid ever since I saw her in that CSI episode several years ago! I think it was CSI's first season? I like her, I think she's weird and smart and good-natured and truly one of those old souls-- literally . No, seriously. Her soul has been here many times before.
