Weizman argued that he's seen many clients only go to jail after multiple DUIs. Poor Paris is just being persecuted. Well, that's the point stupid attorney. Perhaps if they had gone to jail on the second DUI, there wouldn't have been a third.

Paris definitely deserves jail. She absolutely knew her license was suspended and drove anyway. Plus she's photographed every day, which makes it even more flagrant.

She spends her money paying off Perez Hilton and various paps, so she doesn't want to spend money on a driver. Which she could well afford.

I want to see the rumored video of her driving to the rendevous with a black SUV that delivered her to court yesterday.

Mira, I may have been wrong about it. I have searched all over and can not find anything on it. I know I was watching an entertainment show. They may have just been showing canned video of her driving. I swear they said she drove though.

She got her license back awhile ago, though sshe shouldn't have because of the two driving while suspendeds. Just more special treatment, and now she's whining because the free lunch is over.

ok, if she wasn't drunk when she was arrested for driving on a suspended sentence, then i don't think she deserves jail. another type of punishment but not jail.
