All in all, a great list. But I disagree with Gerard Way, I think he's totally adorable in a "awwww poor puppy, let's feed him and give him a bath" sort of way. 
Plus, there are some MCR songs I absolutely love.

It is hard to choose number 1. My vote would of went to Pete Doherty though. Ahhh poor Donald. I don't think he is sexy by any tick of the clock but I am sure it is what he does with his combover that really counts!

Alot of people on the list I never heard of. Lots of politicians. I always though John Basedow was weird looking. I think his head is too small. He's that fitness guy you see late at night on infomericals.
