Who would you grant custody of kids to, Britney Spears or Kevin Federline?

If you were the judge, who would you grant custody of kids to, Brit or Kfed? And why?

Personally, I'm not too sure if Brit's behaviour lately is a good sign that she's a responsible mom...Kfed spent his Thanksgiving with "his family" so he seems more like a family man than Brit partying with Banned, showing off her crotch etc...
This is a tough call though cuz they are both as equally trash. ATM, Kev might be more favourable.

What do you think?

Seriously though, who knows?? I feel sorry for those kids, but maybe, just maybe, behind the scenes, they are both loving, responsible parents. OK, so it's a pretty big "maybe"...

I think the only reason K-Fuck spent Thanksgiving with his kids was because he didn't have anywhere else to go. We certainly never see or hear about him ever going over there any other times.

While Twitney hasn't been on her best behavior lately, she did spend a big block of time at home 24/7 being mom. Hopefully, now that she's had a chance to get out and have a bit of a break, she'll settle down ... and put her clothes back on.

Britney. Fed Ex has a history of walking out on his kids, and as soon as the Britney settlement runs out, he'd probably be unable to support them too.

Britney's drunken escapades may make her look like a fool, but it doesn't necessarily translate into 'bad mother' for me. Or at least into 'worst than Fed Ex'

Her mom. She's about the only one who seems semi stable at this point. Though, she's no winner either, she's the best of the bunch.....or appears to be.

I don't feel either deserves custody of the kids. Neither has earned the right to raise them. They're both irresponsible and selfish and were never ready to be parents as is obvious from their endless partying and lack of maturity.

I believe that both of them need a big scare. Unfortunately, it may take something unfortunate happening for them to realize they need to get their priorities in order. My feeling about Britney has always been that she thought parenting was glamourous. She liked the idea of being a 'young mom' and having kiddies and naming them and dressing them up pretty, but when it comes to actually providing them a stable environment and being a positive influence, she'd much prefer to reclaim her youth since she's been 'giving birth for the past two and a half years". I think she forgot that parenting is a life long commitment. Also, the fact that she married a guy who dumped his pregnant girlfriend to be with her showed that she was too young and rebellious to seriously consider being a responsible wife let alone parent. As for K-Fed, it's all been said. Total loser.

Somebody needs to intervene...and quickly.

I had an epiphany last night - I don't think Britney wants the kids anymore. I think she wants k-fed to have custody so she doesn't have to deal...

^I agree. Britney should get custody. Although she has done some questionable things, I still think she loves her kids. And would be a much better parent then KFed. Plus, she can support them. KFed will be broke come February 2007.

Britney..... SHe has spent alot of time with them. Without going out or anything. I think she is just losing it a bit, ( Which I think is understandable with the exception of Paris and no undies) but she'll get back on track. He just wants money he parties constantly the only reason it seems to have calmed down is cause he has NO $$$$$$$$.

They need to put the kids with distant relatives who would take care of them and not be out getting wasted every night of the week.

I'd put them with Britney because she can financially support them while her mother cares for them. I guarantee that Lynn will move in with Britney to give her that extra edge of having a full time, stay at home caregiver during the custody battle.

I agree that her recent alcohol fueled, undie-less late nights with Paris Hilton are definitely calling her parenting skills into question, but I think she is suffering from some sort of PPD. I think she is resenting the kids because she thinks that if it weren't for them, she could make a clean split from KFed, have her big comeback, go back to being a sex symbol party girl, etc. But now that she has two kids by him, she'll be associated with him for the rest of her life.

The thing that needs to be remembered is that while Britney has been drinking, partying, and ignoring the kids for about a week immediately following the split, Kevin has been doing it ever since they were born.
