I don't know a lot of them either as they are tv actors.

Now, Rodrigo Santoro. I don't watch Lost but he was adorable in Love Actually.

I just find George to be a cold, unemotional actor. Sort of like the old style of acting, but he's got a cute personality.

Brad, yeah, well. I"m stuck in A River Runs Through It and Troy days. The new Brad is leaving me cold.

Where the hell is Adrien Brody? This list is bogus without him. Oh yeah, and Ryan Reynolds. Though I must say I'm glad George won again, now he's even with Brad.

Did Patrick Dempsey have a nose job? It's still large and crooked. I don't think he had one done.

People is just running out of hot men if they keep making it the same round of guys every couple of years, Pitt, McConaughey, etc...

I don't know if I'm the only one, but Patrick Dempsey's voice to me is a total turn-off. I mean, I don't think he's particularly handsome or hot, though I DO consider him much more attractive than that fug David Beckham, but like that overrated ball-kicker, he should keep his mouth firmly shut.

and I totally agree with Rodrigo Santoro. I love the OLD pre nose job Patrick Dempsey...he was cute and sexy then. Now I think he's totally jumped the shark.

Yawn, george clooney again? Or is it his first time? I dunno seems like they always pick the same celebs over and over for these types of list. Like that people most beautiful list, it's always has j-lo, halle berry, and julia roberts on it year after year even though they have no movies or anything out. So boring.

Not saying george ain't good looking but come on, boring!

I wouldn't call George Clooney sexy. Handsome, yes. Dashing and lovely, yes. But not sexy. And Ashton Kutcher for crying in a bucket? Are they HIGH?! He looks like a child! He acts like one too!

Taye Diggs yes.
For me, John Krasinski is also a big big yes.

Clooney named 'sexiest man alive'

Clooney, 45, won an Oscar earlier this year
Oscar winner George Clooney has been named the "sexiest man alive" by US magazine People.

Clooney, 45, beat a host of Hollywood rivals including Johnny Depp, Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio.

Patrick Dempsey, star of medical drama Grey's Anatomy, came second, with fellow actor Ashton Kutcher third.

It is the second time Clooney has won the award - the first was in 1997. The actor joked that fellow two-time winner Brad Pitt "was going to be upset".

The pair, who are friends, recently completed shooting film sequel Ocean's Thirteen.

Clooney won the best supporting actor Academy Award for his role as a CIA agent in Syriana earlier this year.

"His big movies came out at the end of last year, he has been active in the campaign to help people in Darfur, obviously he's great looking," People magazine's Cynthia Sanz, a member of the selection panel, told Reuters.

"We just thought he was the total package this year."

"It's a little more fun when the sexiest man alive is available," she added, referring to the actor's single status.

Others in the top 10 included Jake Gyllenhaal and Without A Trace star Enrique Murciano.
