I had no idea rhoids looked like that...I heard the description that it looks like a donut but I didn't think it would look that bad, looks really painful...OMG.
p.s. I'm just gonna add that it's graphic in the title cuz some ppl might find it a little sick...

I can confirm - ahem - that haemorrhoids (sp?) are VERY PAINFUL INDEED. That is a particularly extreme example but even milder cases can leave you gasping with pain and dreading you next trip to the bathroom. It's common during pregnancy (my excuse).
