(CBS) NEW YORK A British photographer says he's considering filing criminal charges after he was roughed up by a security guard while trying to photograph Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.

On Saturday a security guard for the show biz power couple was caught on tape attacking photographer Sam Pelf.

The guard can be seen grabbing Pelf by the throat and screaming at him.

Pelf says he was a guest at the hotel, and had every right to be there.
