As Twitchy says I don't think there's any explicit laws banning such things, though I would caution any politician about using racial slurs or racist statements. In many European countries such things are banned, you can't even display the swastika (though that hasn't stopped neo nazi marches and whatnot). In fact, for all their whining about their rights and freedoms being taken away, these american neo nazis are the envy of neo nazis from other countries for all of their freedoms. They can sell racist records/material, have "racial pride" concerts, and live in their own settlements.

Same in South Africa, hate speech is not allowed LET alone racist hate speech! After Apartheid we were pretty much in the spotlight, i was only a little 'un, who didnt partake! If you so much as criticise a non-white person for his/her actions its called racism. Its very sensitive here!
I think its disgusting that Prussian Blue is allowed to go so far! I was shocked when i read an article about them, their mother shouldve been sterilised, she's so ignorant and feeds them with innacurate historical info to 'back up' her claims.. its sick.

Yup, good ol' freedom of speech. And it has to be strictly enforced, too, so if the Klan decides they want to have a rally or march, they are legally entitled to police protection.
