I saw it and wondered the same thing. It seemed serious because he lost it even during the credits and stormed out right at the very end. I don't know though.
Wow, is this for real or is he fucking around? Cos that's some crazy shit there. Did anyone catch this on TV????

Yessss, it was a bit!
J.K spent like 2 minutes introducing Matt, and showing clips of 'previous' times he had been bumped due to lack of time. It was about 1 minute to the end of the show when Matt finally got to come out, and voila, the bit!
She is such a useless shit stain on the panties of humanity~Bitter's awesome description of K.K
he sure looked pissed off!!! but if I was him I would be too, it seems like Jimmy deliberately said all of that shit though to waste his time.. If it was a joke why did most of this happen at the credits so you could not hear what was being said??
"Shit, I think I just confused myself. QUICK! Somebody hand me chalk, a chalkboard and Will Hunting's brain!" michael k -dlisted
I saw the video, and I think it was just a skit, poking fun at the fact that every time Matt Damon was scheduled, they ran out of time, so they of course "ran out of time" again as soon as he came out...
It was a joke. Its been a running gag on Kimmel's show for awhile. And this was part of it. Didn't see it personally, but heard it looked real.

I saw it on Jimmy Kimmel and I believe it was a joke.
If you think it's crazy, you ain't seen a thing. Just wait until we're goin down in flames.
that was fuckin' funny; i sent it around the office!![]()
I don't think that Matt Damon was in on it. A "joke" like that would probably cause more PR damage than good for both of them, so I doubt that either one would deliberately go along with a skit that required Matt to throw a tantrum, letting loose a continuous stream of expletives on live tv, and Jimmy to sit there looking like a fool while Matt tears him a new one. Plus, Matt seems to try to go for a family-friendly, nice guy image. Even though his anger was understandable (I'd be infuriated, too) Matt came off looking like an asshole and Jimmy an idiot.
It was definitely a joke. I guess this proves Matt Damon's a good actor though then eh?
LOL oh come on you guys! do you really think jimmy would do something like this for REAL and ruin possible future interviews when word gets around about what he did to matt?? and matt IS a good actor! look at all the people he fooled!! omg seeing him flip out was so funny, he's always so calm and collected!! and i totally say 'Matt Daaamooon' to my husband at inappropriate times - we both do. it's hysterical!
cry me a river, build me a bridge, and GET OVER IT.
