I didn't recognize Paula Abudul. Tori Spelling's nose job is terrible. Basically a crooked version of what she had. Most of them were still not attractive even after the transformation. Lisa Rinna looks good.

^^ except for her fish lips! Lisa should lay off the injections -- she is an attractive woman and would look a lot better if her lips didn't enter the room 10 minutes before she does.
Star's head looks like someone squeezed it in a vice to make it oblong - hilarious!

Star Jones face seems to resemble Nicole Richie's, like the skin is all pulled tight. Jones should've kept some weight on, I think she looked better with a couple more pounds. Hell, so did Richie.

Why on earth would anyone do that to their lips? Lisa Rinna is a really gorgeous looking woman ... but the lips ... just too much.
Ashley - better, good nosejob. But Tori, she should have sued her plastic surgeon. She looks like a cow. Sorry Tori.
As for Star Jones - she's pretty alien to me being in the UK, but I have seen her quite a bit on E on Sky TV, she just looks like her head has been squished.
