Although she is overweight, shes not a bad looking lady when not in the "Mimi" make-up

Oh, and I didn't mean to be ragging on Kathy Kinney for being overweight. It's just the few times I watched the Drew Carey show, I found her rather frightening.

For the world's most ugly actress, I think the award goes to Spanish actress, Rossy De Palma. I think she's a good actress, but she has the kind of face you'd want to put a bag over. She has a very big, crooked nose, and a long face. Not to mention, she's also snaggletoothed. I don't find snaggleteeth necessarily unattractive, however, Rossy is generally unattractive IMHO.
