Amen, I dont know why people think Jesus was this blonde hair, blue eyed dude. Thats the idealistic thing, that he was absolutely perfect. He would have LOOKED like a jew.

Not surprised. It's obviously part of the pill pushers picnic that has not been proven to really help depression.

I'd bet that Mel feels a great deal of guilt. Most Xian groups push the idea that only people with unbelief get the 'sin' of depression. (not my own view obviously, more that of the Jerry FallToHells)

I seriously doubt that a prescription drug is to blame for Mel's rants. He runs a church in the LA area where the services are only in Latin, and you can only attend this church if you are INVITED!

What kind of a Christian "Church" is this? He is a devoted Catholic, and from where I come from, that means he was taught from an early age that "the Jews killed Jesus".

I was raised to believe that no one "killed" Jesus, that it was all part of one of God's plans to send a man to us to make us want to live better and kinder lives.

And of course JESUS WAS JEWISH!! He probably whipped up Kung Pao Chicken and Egg Creams for the Disciples on a regular basis, God Bless Him...

They also told me that animals didn't go to heaven which is precisely why I stopped going to church at the age of six.
