^Yes, that's the one. Dated Milano. Had a good year with the Florida Marlins, 5 years ago. It's hard to put into context what a boneheaded, crazy move it is to opt for unecessary TJ elbow surgery if you're a pitcher.
To make an analogy, I guess, it would be like a Pam Anderson type, who makes a lot of money off her boobs, saying, "I don't like the hardness......take the implants out and I'll go back to an A cup. I don't need the boobs."

Rumor has it he's liked the same girl from home since he was 16, but she only considers him a close friend. He's apparently tried to win her over to no avail since then, much to her mother's disappointment. LOL
People have tried to find any dirt on this kid for years, but it really is impossible. He's from a small community where everyone knows everyone and everyone's business. If there was anything to be found, it would be out there already. Anyone who has had any contact with him over the years all say he's the sweetest, most unassuming guy you could ever meet.

That is good to hear...there are some cool videos on YouTube of interviews with him over the years...one shows him in the basement when he was like 10, using his mom's dryer (with the door open) to practice shooting pucks...it was funny. His whole family seems very down to earth in the interviews. Thank God, the last thing we need is another arrogant overpaid sport star!

When he comes home to visit, he always drops by Cole Harbour Place where he used to play and work out. Along the way he'll stop to play road hockey with some of the kids. He's extremely 'normal' and grounded. There's zero ego. He's very proud of where he's from and its the first place he returns to when he wants to escape and put his feet up. He's built a new home on the water and apparently Malkin makes some of the trips here with him to hang out.
People really respect his privacy here. There's no fanfare; just lots of admiring glances when you see him...in the mall...on the street...wherever he shows up. I sat behind him on a flight out of Halifax (in economy!) the day he was on his way to Pittsburgh to sign his big contract. The poor teenage girl sitting with him dropped her jaw when he took a seat beside her. The guy on the other side of him didn't recognize him, I don't think. I recall him asking "Where are you headed?" and Sidney said (very quietly) "Pittsburgh". The guy then said "Meeting some friends there for a good time?" and Sidney replied "I guess you could say that". LOL

OMG.. I fucking hate you! I know this is old news, but I would have killed to have just seen Jimmy in the flesh.
