Anna Nichol Smith has scored an unexpected victory in her legal case, but not in the courts. Her main legal rival, E. Pierce Marshall, the son of the oil tycoon Anna Nicole was briefly married to, has unexpectedly died, as a result of a brief, but agressive infection.
Methinks that there is something 'too coincidental' in the timing. As the mystery novels have taught us to ask, "Who benefits?" I think that Anna Nichol must be a witch, and has used the 'black arts' against her former stepson.
That woman has the most incredible luck. She must be dying to dance over his grave...lol
That's what I was thinking. It couldn't be any "dark art" because she couldn't maneouver her way around a pin without puncturing the implants. It's just sheer, dumb, unfriggingbelievable luck... why her?? Anyone else would be better!
