I think he ought to at least put a helmet on the little guy.
If that bike gets sideswiped by a car or a bus that child

I cut him some slack. It's not like he is on 5 or Pacific Coast HWY. OR worse, 95 outside of Washington, DC. Damn if I would ride a bike there. Crazy ass people.
