I think Alicia Silverstone looks better as a blonde, but Brittany Murphy looks better darker. I like how Kelly Osborne changes her look. Hillary Duff wears more makeup under her eyes than over them.

You guys ever notice how Brittany Murphy's right eye is higher than the other? Any time I see pics of her or a movie, I can't help but stare at the freak eye.
