Talked to Kate Jackson/Charlie's Angels

A friend of mine works for AT&T and yesterday one of his employees was rude to Kate Jackson over the phone and she was redirected to my friend for assistance.

Kate was exclaiming that this operator was very rude to her. She was calling to find the number for Microsoft. She has been negotiating a deal with them for Microsoft to use one of her "ideas", but her housekeeper lost the phone number of the exact rep that has been working with her.

They chatted for about 10 mins. Kate also wanted the number to AOL saying she thought they could use her "idea" as well.

When first redirected to my friend the supervisor (lol) she identified herself as Kate Jackson of Charlie's Angels..do you know who I am?? she asked. He said "Oh please of course I do" LOL Once business was taken care of my friend asked "how's Farrah"? lol she said, "Oh she's just fine".

He said at the beginning of the call she was very upset and flustered. He calmed her down and she was very thankful and polite at the end of the call.

I believe it was her, but the whole thing is funny to me, very funny. He said it was her voice definitely!

Um..she wanted the #'s for Microsoft and AOL? Couldn't she log on the internet and perhaps find these? Or does she have an agent? Just sounds totally odd. But, at least she was nice!

Yes Microsoft and AOL are easily found over the internet, but she wanted someone specifically (by name) at the administrative offices.

I love KJ the best out of the Angels - she was/is always a class act, playing characters who were strong, intelligent and independent.

I can't believe she's 58 this year - she's aged well!

WOOPIE DOO!!! Was that the last wife??

I spoke to Ringo Starr on the phone--he was on the Howard Stern show and I called in, got though and talked to him. Actually, I cried like a small infant during most of the 'conversation', but I can still say that I spoke to a Beatle. Kind of.

LOL I talked to Sinbad years ago when he bought a new home in Hidden Hills...a very white community. It's a horsey community. Lots of ranches and that sort of thing. The wealthy residents name their property...The Paradise Ranch, The Wilson Ranch, etc. Sinbad named his THE CRIB. It was funny to see, he made quite a stir in those days. Just sharing.
