SHAPELY Kelly Brook has the figure Britain's women most envy, they reveal today.
The beauty's size 10 body is more admired than those of pencil-slim Kate Moss and Victoria Beckham.

Despite being jealous of her fuller figure, however, the typical female is still desperate to shed 19lb - while a total of 98% hate their bodies, a survey shows.

But modest Kelly, 26, seemed taken aback at learning hers was the physique women would most love to have.

The star, now forging a Los Angeles movie career, gasped: "Are you sure? You mean girls actually like my big fat bum? I'm a size 10, which isn't big by average standards, but in Hollywood terms where a lot of actresses are a size four or a size zero, it's not quite the norm."

The former Celebrity Love Island hostess proudly admitted she loved "every bit" of her ample 32E-26-36 charms - as did the men in her life. Kelly - ex-fiancée of film hardman Jason Statham and now dating Titanic star Billy Zane - said: "When I was a teenager, agents told me I should lose weight.

"But I've always been in good, strong relationships with men who loved me as I was and who told me they loved my body. If the man you love says you're gorgeous, why listen to anybody else?"

However, an alarming number of women lack her self-confidence, with just 2% content with their looks.

Despite also naming well-rounded stars Kate Winslet and Charlotte Church among their top 10 figures, the average British female frets about her figure once every 15 minutes - more often than men daydream about sex.

And nearly 3 in 10 worry about their size every minute of the day. Around the same number are so ashamed they cut size labels out of clothes.

4 in 10 are constantly on a diet while 5 in 10 lie about their weight, more than 5,000 women told a Grazia magazine poll. Editor Jane Bruton said: "Women are harshly critical of their body shape. Many are constantly thinking, 'Shall I eat it, shall I not eat it?' And if they step on the scales and find themselves 2lb heavier, it can ruin their day."

Chunky thighs are the most hated body part, mentioned by 9 in 10, while 8 in 10 loathe their waists. Belfast women are the least content with their figures, while Geordies are happiest.

Kelly claimed some parts of her body were not perfect - although her remedy is not exactly available to everyone.

She said: "I've cellulite all over the backs of my legs... I think cellulite is part of women's lives. You just have to remember it only shows up in certain lights, so work on your lighting rather than your cellulite. It's a lot easier."

I'm sorry but Kelly Brook is not "curvy"...this really makes me cross. She has big boobs but if you get rid of those she is really slim..and yes she has hips but there's not an ounce of fat on them. She's about 8 and half stone and 5ft 9 or something like that!!!!

You see, thats a very good balanced list to me. For every one curvy women, there's a skinny waif, so really it can be tailored to most people's tastes, so in that way I think it's a positive thing.

Personally, I can't see someone wanting Charlotte Church's body, as to me, she is a little too curvy, but then Victoria Beckham is the total opposite. I would far prefer her body to Charlotte Church's.

Umm, Davina McCall has gone practically skeletal on top just so that her hips and bum are a decent size! Makes her look all angular and old. Man, we must have better talent in the UK than this! I agree on Kelly Brook even though i don't think she's "curvy"...she's just lucky enough to be slim and naturally have big boobs!

I think Kelly is curvy. You can't really say 'if you get rid of the boobs... blah blah...' because she does have those boobs, and they are one of the things that makes her curvy. Plus you don't have to have fat on your hips to be curvy, just having wide-set hips, which are something she definately has, can make you curvy too.
