For me? Matt Damon, Mark Wahlberg, Leonardo DiCaprio and Heath Ledger are all the same bland person. In fact, there was some movie with Matt and Leo in that I saw while drunk on a plane. I thought it was the same person. Confusing.

Tom Ford and Tom Brady. I think they are the same person based on their names.

Back about ten years ago, I always mixed up James Gandolfini, Tom Sizemore and Michael Madsen. They were totally interchangeable to me.

Dylan McDermot and Dermot Mulroney (it's their names, not looks in this case) Keira Knightley and Rachel Weisz. Patrick Swayze and that guy who was in Officer and a Gentleman (the guy who kills himself and looks like a cross between Patrick Swayze and Kurt Russel).
