I belong to a forum in which many members discuss the nicest and meanest celebrities who they've met. It goes on for twenty-four pages, so it's a lengthy read. But it's worth it, it's very entertaining and informative reading.

Nice/nasty celebs

Here's a Brit version, too, for those of you who might know some of these celebs. I read all the posts on this site, too, even though I don't know who many of the celebs are in the discussion.

There is so much reading here that I'm sure you'll have to read these posts in installments. I had to. I made a mental note of which page I was on and I'd go back to read when I was bored and had an hour or two to spend.

Prepare a drink of your choice and set back for some interesting reading.

PS I love the posts about Cilla Black on the Brit thread. She's allegedly an uppity right old cow!

Tom Cruise definitely belongs on list of nicest celebs.

Always smiling, always eager to interact with and appreciate his fans, unlike other celebs who think their fans are "unworthy" peons.

Johnny Depp is one of the nicest celebs. So is George Clooney.

Christian Bale is not very nice.

Heh, I used to read that thread you linked on Digital Spy.
I have a friend who's met Tom Cruise a few times and says how nice he is. He puts on a good act for the fans at least!

Gawd that Tom Cruise and his stupid smile....sooo fake. Cannot stand him.

Having said that, if he were to walk up to me, I'd probably talk to him for as long as humanly possible just to see if the crazy would come out. I mean, you'd have to right?

I ran into Keifer Sutherland one night at the drugstore there were several people there and I am sure we all recognized him but no one approached him for an auto graph or asked him who he was. He looked pissed off that no one could give a rats ass that he was gracing us with his presence. He just seemed like he had a huge chip on his shoulder. And he gave off a bad vibe.

My mom met Willy Nelson and said he was very nice but I doubt that surprises anyone.

I know someone that worked with him & they said that he's actually very nice in person. I was shocked.

I know someone who met Tom when he was in NZ a while back and said he was very kind and friendly to everyone. Crazy but nice!

Apparently Natalie Portman is very unfriendly and even flat out rude to fans who approach her politely and without drawing attention. I've never heard of her being nice to fans, only stories of her blowing people off and refusing to give them the time of day and her interviews seem to back this up. Apparently she isn't very gracious.
