Her relationship with Joel is rocky. They are on the verge of breaking up. They are supposed to be walking down the isle later this year but how things are going, I doubt it. Nicole is not happy at all and Joel is constantly cheating on her with groupies. Not only sexing them but emotional cheating too. So Nicole might be leaving with their two kiddies very soon.
