Yep. Because breasts have a cone shape to them, and since the bra was designed to hold the breast, they figured it should point outwards like a breast does, that's how they got the cone look. I notice in old movies that women really emphasized the cone shape too. Breasts looked like missiles! But the bras we have now aren't the natural shape of the breast. It IS a cone. Well, the perky breast is.Well, weren't the bras in those days conical? Hence, the cone-shaped boobies.
And I heard rumors that Marilyn had implants, but looking at the last photo, that's a natural breast. Mine look like that.
