I agree, I am so tired of these cutesy girls that appear on the runaway. To me they all look the same. At least Gisele has a different look, and appears healthy.

Weird photo, but all the sharp angles and shapes in the outfit make it interesting.

She's denied rumors of a nose job in the past...I think it was Oprah but I may be wrong. said something along the lines that she was told from the beginning of her career she needed one but kept the nose she was born with because she liked it... and that she's proud of that fact. I haven't looked into it further to confirm those statements though.

IIRC, she had a noticeable hump on her nose which as gotten smaller as the years have gone by. She also bought some new titties too.

I think sometimes the fashion industry likes to go to extremes to shake things up. You have models like Gisele, Kristen McNemany (sp?) and Alek Wek who don't fit into the conventional ideas of what is beautiful. I am old enough to remember when Lauren Hutton was the hottest thing in fashion, and her features were less than perfect, but she was considered so gorgeous by the fashionistas.

This theory, unfortunately, doesn't apply to Gisele. She's just homely.
