She has a generic beauty IMO, Theres no doubt she is an attractive woman, she has the perfect features and symmetrical face but as for stunning, I don't think she is. Stunning to me is a woman who stands out for having unique beauty. Kate is very pretty but nothing particularly stands out.

I love the 3rd picture the most; I was staring at it for awhile. Its quite captivating.
And why do people say she's had a boob job? Her breasts dont look big to me. I think she might have had them TAKEN OUT if she did, because I remember there were photos floating around at one point that triggered the implant rumours because her breasts were looking obviously pumped up and were sitting unnaturally high on her chest. Now they look normal again.
And I dont think shes had a nose job; that nose in that Cold Comfort Farm photo looks like the nose shes got now. Shes got an unusual nose; her little girl has the same nose.
