There's something about the lighting and especially the makeup that makes her face look flat.
And what happened to her right boob in the 4th pic??? 
Her boobs look weirdly flat in every pic, especially in that one.

They airbrushed her really skinny and small. I think that if you were to airbrush something, at least make it believable.

second row, third pic is the best. looks really cool . the first pic is retarded. that matte pink light lipstick isnt a great choice. her skin looks kind of flat, like no glow to it.

This is actually much better --except for that shiny lipgloss stuff.
I don't mind that she has a "flat face," or muted cheekbones.
Her face looks fine. The main reason we were mocking her (I think)
was because she drank herself into a stupor and then complained
that the world thought she was a lush. (Gawker maintains an entire
column devoted to her antics.)
And if she took the implants out, good. She wasn't fooling anyone.
It's such a good idea I think Tori Spelling ought to try it.
