Her skin looks really bad. It looks leather-y.

Are we posting old photoshoots now? I thought we were only supposed to do new ones. If we are, I can post a TON of them when I get back from vacation.
She is lovely, but her skin isn't so great.
the concealer under her eyes is too bright, that's all I can say
There are only two tragedies in life: one is not getting what one wants, and the other is getting it.

Monica: "What? What should I do...?"

Her skin is really bad here. She looks dead old and sun bed abused.

I never knew her skin was that bad up close.
baaad skin. not so gorgeous here
And that was 5 years ago
Too bad she messed with her lips.
My mother is 52 and my grandmother is 75; neither of their skin looks like that up close. Monica clearly has very sun damaged skin. Let this be a leson to those who insist on tanning.Originally Posted by phishtickie
She IS italian, we are just naturally more exposed to the sun in the Med. I do not think there is anything wrong with it, it makes ya happy! Plus I also do not think there is anything wrong with looking your age and having some lines on your face. These days its so hard to find natural looking faces with lines on them, that I now think they look beautiful. She looks damn better than creepy Nicole Kidman who has no lines at all!
I live in Las Vegas and am exposed to the sun all of the time, and my skin will never look like hers. I have my grandmother's English skin, and I take every precaution to insure it doesn't get damaged. My mother is Armenian, and her olive skin looks nothing like Monica's. Skin cancer is not pleasant, and there's no excuse to let your skin get as bad as Monica's is. It's not about trying to not look your age; it's about being healthy and getting sun in moderation, something she clearly hasn't done. Nicole Kidman looks freaky because she's been botoxed to death; it has nothing to do with her sun exposure.Originally Posted by phishtickie
Well, I like the sun, dont forget about the myriads of advantages as well. Until youve lived in a dark, cold place where the sun goes down as early as 14:30, youll never know how good the sun is and how amazing its effect is on your mood and even your health. I am just sick of seeing the sun blamed for everything! Someone had to point out the obvious advantages as well![]()
I like these photos. They show that even though Monica is aging and has flaws, she's still beautiful. Even the most gorgeous aren't perfect.
