Raising Helen is a "formulaic romantic comedy", but it's a really good one. And there's the one time she branched out of the romantic cheese to make the horror movie The Skeleton Key, which i haven't seen but is supposed to have a really good ending. The real question is why is she still allowed to act when all her movies either flop or barely make their money back...but then again, we all know actresses don't get roles by actually being succesful
