Her entire face is very long. I don't think just changing her nose would help. She's just unfortunate looking. She really should be thanking Hilary profusely she even gets a second look, fug as she is.

Cute but boring photoshoot. She really is nothing special to look at with that nose and face.
But I bet it really does make Haylie mad that it was she that originally wanted to become famous and then turns out Hilary became the more famous one.

I don't think she's pretty, but I don't really find her ugly---I mean, Rumer Willis? That's out-and-out ugly. Haylie looks like, well, anyone you might meet in your day-to-day. And she has nice eyes. I think her eyes are sort of warm.
