Her lips look um, different.
In some of the photos(mostly the last 4) she looks like lil' sis Solange.

Yeah, I hate the fringe as well, she tries too hard to be sexy. She's a good looking chick..... but nowdays, she's boring.

Her lips do look different. Maybe she got filler on her top lip? Or maybe it's just makeup lipliner/lipgloss techniques. And they forewent the heavy fake lashes, maybe that's why she looks more like her sister Solange in some of the pics.
