Actually...............that's just how you say it in chinese. It's the surname first, and then first name. Hollywood got it wrong.

It'd be Li Gong, Zhiyi Zhang.

Liu Lucy (or whatever her asian name is)

Jackie Chan is

Chung Long (Chan = Chung)
