No, bloated is when you don't take care of yourself or you're feeling sick or something. Fat is usually when your face is just like that. I have friends with those types of faces and in my opinion, they're gorgeous. So much prettier than these chicks with their cheekbones showing through their skin.

She's really thin, so I agree that the "fuller" looking face is better-looking for her. Even if she appears "fat". At least she looks wholesome, rather than sick.
