I saw a picture of Beyonce without her weave, and her hair was not that long. It was a while ago, though.
I'll have to try to find the picture...
Edit: I found it. And yes, it is from MediaTakeOut and I know they don't have the best credibility with stories, but this is a photo. Looking at this photo, I would say that's a weave/wig/whatever.

it may be a weave, but i've seen her several times w/o weave, and her hair is not too far from this pic....unless she cut it....is that pic recent?
