She's Australian. Used to appear on a tv soap over here called "Neighbours" and then tried her hand at a singing career before moving to the US.

You may already know this but Holly was originaly managed by Scott Michaels who played 'Brad' in Neighbours (the blonde surfer dude who went out with Lucy back in the day!). Well she ripped him off big time and he took her to court, sued, and won - the judge told her she was a callous and self-absorbed young lady! Her career went seriously tits up after that as nobody in the industry would touch her with a barge pole!
