Her body is fantastic but i wouldn't want her skin; she's got that over exposure to the sun/leathery look.

gorgeous body, gorgeous shape, she looks toned and strong, for the record, I tried yoga but I didn't have the patience for it, it actually made me feel restless and bored, rather than centre me it made me feel grumpy, I was so disappointed!

I thought Jennifer was pretty famously into Pilates...this article says she started doing yoga in 2005, but she had a pretty damn good body before that, and I remember her attributing it to running and Pilates. That's what inspired me to start!

I agree, unless I'm in the mood for it, which is rare. I'm sorry people but I'm cynical. I've seen too many people get and stay skinny with drugs to believe it's all about exercise. I think celebs can be fanatical obsessive people and really get into the exercise thing, but I believe they have "help" too. I lived in the Bay Area (SF) and saw so many ravers who never ate or exercised except to dance. They were all on *ex* and god knows what else (they didn't share their secrets, they always made out like it was their good genes and s---).
At the time I knew those people, I had a great figure without drugs or diets. But now I need to lose 20 lbs. You know, the situation where you can still look kinda good, but not really!
