Default Lauren Hutton's new photoshoot campaign for a skincare brand

Breaking barriers: Supermodel Lauren Hutton has been named as the first celebrity ambassador for anti-aging beauty brand StriVectin at the age of 75

The septuagenarian praised the brand for being 'hip enough to show the world that we can be beautiful at all ages'

Lauren described the campaign as being one of her proudest career moments, saying she was delighted to have staged a second comeback in her seventies

The supermodel, who first rose to fame in the 60s, stars in a video and photo campaign for the brand, helping to promote the message, 'Hold on to your collagen. At every age'

StriVectin said it wants the campaign to 'celebrate multi-generational beauty'

Lauren praised the brand's products and said that, although she has not been using them for too long, she has noticed a difference in her skin

Speaking about how she maintains a 'vitality', Lauren explained that she tries 'hold on to what she loved when she was a kid'

Lauren was joined on her campaign shoot by her 38-year-old goddaughter Nina Clemente, who is a professional chef

The two women feature together in the video and an image to help show that beauty is not dependent on age

Lauren, pictured in 1974, was one of the world's most successful supermodels during that era, alongside the likes of Twiggy and Jean Shrimpton

At an event to celebrate the new partnership, Lauren, pictured in 1975, said she is so proud to have traveled around the world and seen so many beautiful women

Overcoming obstacles: Lauren's new StriVectin role comes just one month after she walked the runway for Valentino in Paris, where she suffered a slight fall on the catwalk

Always have liked her...she looks good for 75, no PS or makeup put on with a trowel either.

I totally prefer her over over-ps-ed Jane Fonda with her L'Oreal ads. This one really aged naturally and gracefully.

I admire the old girl for getting out there and doing her thing, but those first few pics are fucking scary.

She's still beautiful. I don't know if I'd buy skin care from her though.

Especially if they are going to claim it's anti-aging.

I like Lauren. Some of those pics aren't the greatest, but she looks pretty good in general.

I'm kind of sad this outfit will never come back into style.

    I hope I’m that “scary” when I’m 75!
I think she’s gorgeous, wrinkles and all. I’ve always loved her face and she’s the exception among women in that I think she was her most gorgeous at 40-50

She looks fine for her age, but not sure I'm buying what she's selling for skin care. She looks her age, even if she does look nice.

I guess it depends if you believe anti age creams actually help against age. Personally i think they’re just very expensive moisturiser and I don’t plan on using anything more than a day cream, night cream and eye cream, which is what I do now, but you have to get the right ones as your skin ages and changes.

I mostly apply oils (almond, castor, avocado, argan, rosehip etc.) directly and bypass the creams. Sometimes I switch off and do the heavier creams.
