Kate looks edgily pretty as usual, but that damn that is the worst layout I have EVER seen for a magazine cover.

that looks like one of those 'magazine covers' you can go get at some amusement park that always say something like "Person of the Year"...

Yeah, I thought POP and Kate Moss would have a much better cover than this.
