Is it me, or do they both look fat on those covers? It looks like they put Joe Giudice on the covers and photoshopped their heads over his.

Ben is cute, but should only be shot from the waist up - he's got awful chicken legs and a flat rear end.

Batman and superman should not be THIS big! They don't need these muscles, thats kind of the point with superheros.

Batman needs muscle since he has no superpowers and well Superman is a superman. Why shouldn't he have muscles?

I think they are both too short to pull off the same buff-superhero look that Chris Hemsworth and Hugh Jackman pull off so well.
They just look kind of thick rather than with the classic "comic book hero" body.

Actually shorter people are easier to bulk up than a tall person. I love Hugh as Wolverine but he looks nothing like the comic.

Yeah, what I meant is that they look too bulky.
I studied a little bit of drawing and the human body in comics is several "heads" taller than the average "real" body. Ie: you can fit about seven heads in a man's body (so the total heigh would be 8 heads), while a comic book character is about 9 heads tall.
Wolvie was probably a bad example because they draw him to look a lot more stocky than other characters.
