I think she looks very beautiful in these pictures, I really do.
It's all the other pictures we are bombarded with where she looks like she hasn't showered in two weeks that I get sick of seeing on a daily basis. She should always comb her hair and throw on a little makeup and she would look good.

You CAN overdo holding your pregnant tummy and here's she is proving just that 
"staying fit during pregnancy"????? 
Surely that's a joke? She of all the fast food, coffee (decaf, no doubt ) tripping over her own feet, sunbathing etc. etc. during her pregnancy with the first cheeto?????

Good night, her hair looks like a rat's nest. And just because her breasts are so large doesn't mean she can't reign 'em in some, put on a bra and wear something that isn't cut down to her damn stomach.

She does look good here, but I suspect it has A LOT to do with soft focus and airbrushing. Plus they probably forced a hairstylist and makeup person on her, as well as picked out her clothes for her.
I agree that she needs to stop pretending she can go braless. Her tits are to her knees! Pretty soon she'll just be able to throw those pendulous udders right over her shoulders. Doesn't she know how gross they look and how low they hang??

To be honest I like the pictures. She's HOLDING her belly in them. Why did we never see any photo shoots with Katie Holmes holding her belly saying "I'm really excited about having a baby"
